About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Technology team and support the delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives.
Working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners, you will facilitate Agile ways of working, remove delivery impediments and help teams successfully deliver outcomes that create real value for HammondCare, our people and the communities we support.
This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful transformation programs while working in an organisation where technology has a direct impact on care outcomes.
This is a maximum term contract for 12 months, option to extend, based at St Leonards with hybrid working opportunities.
What you will be doing
As Scrum Master, you will:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
reviews and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and delivery teams to manage priorities and deliver outcomes.
- Support the delivery of Salesforce-based solutions and associated business process improvements.
- Coordinate dependencies across business, technology and vendor teams.
- Identify and remove impediments that impact team performance and delivery.
- Monitor progress, manage risks and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and governance forums.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
- Champion Agile practices, continuous improvement and a culture of innovation.
- Support business readiness and change activities to maximise successful adoption of new capabilities.
- Maintain delivery governance, documentation and project artefacts in line with HammondCare standards.

About you
You are an outcomes-focused Scrum Master who enjoys bringing people together to achieve shared goals. You are comfortable working in complex environments and have a proven ability to build strong relationships across both business and technology teams.
- Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce implementations, enhancements or transformation programs.
- Minimum of 10 year's experience working as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Iteration Manager or similar Agile delivery role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, including working alongside Salesforce administrators, developers, architects and implementation partners.
- Experience managing complex technology deliveries involving integrations, data migration, testing and business change.
