We're looking for our next Physiotherapist to join a dual-clinic role across two well-loved Melbourne locations — a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing, community-focused practice with a genuine team culture.

About the clinics
These are two longstanding, highly respected physiotherapy clinics that have proudly served their communities for over 20 years. They offer excellent physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates/Strength services in a welcoming, professional and enjoyable environment — with a new Clinical Pilates and Strength space about to open, adding even more to be part of.

Both clinics have a proven track record of great clinical outcomes, paired with a culture that's fun, dynamic and energetic, and strongly embedded in their local communities.

What they're looking for
Someone who becomes a genuinely valued part of the team - because when great people are the right cultural fit, that's when a workplace becomes truly engaging and rewarding. Specifically:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a busy private practice caseload




- Clinical Pilates teaching experience preferred
- An ongoing commitment to learning and professional growth
- A positive, caring and friendly personality
- Excellent clinical reasoning and physiotherapy skills, combined with a natural ability to connect with clients
- A proactive, self-starting approach
- Someone who thrives in a fun, friendly and supportive environment

The role

- Full-time across both clinics, with some flexibility available for the right candidate
- Strong manual therapy and exercise rehab skillset required
- Flexible hours and annual leave to support work-life balance
- Rotating Saturday morning shifts (every second week), with flexibility for shift swaps
- Structured professional development — both group sessions and 1:1 mentoring — with access to highly experienced senior physios
