Rydweld are looking for Trade Assistants to join our Team. We are offering full time positions, above award wages with a potential performance-based bonus.
Labouring/Trades Assistant experience in a Manufacturing setting is ideal but not essential.
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Current Manual Drivers license.
- Able to take direction and follow instructions.
- Able to work independently and take initiative where required.
- Must be punctual and adhere to rostered shift times.
- Self-motivated and team orientated.
- Energetic and “Can Do” attitude.
- Understanding of Work Health and Safety.
This position reports directly to the Workshop Foremen. From time to time direction to other tasks within the position scope may be given, these tasks will be given to you with consideration for your skills and experience.
This is a permanent full-time position available for immediate start.
