- Support SafeWork NSW's flagship compliance program through administrative, reporting and operational support
- Clerk 3/4 with a salary range of $87,199 to $95,482 plus super
- 2x ongoing full-time opportunities based in Parramatta, Sydney or Gosford with hybrid and flexible working options available

About the role:

As a Regulatory Services Officer, you will provide critical administrative, operational and reporting support to enable the effective delivery of intelligence-led regulatory interventions. Working within a energetic and fast-paced workplace, you will coordinate a range of business support activities, maintain accurate program data and records, and assist with reporting and governance functions that underpin the successful delivery of the program.

This role is ideal for an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working across multiple priorities, producing high-quality outputs and contributing to meaningful work that improves workplace safety outcomes across NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Manager, Inspectors and Project Officers, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, managing calendars and team inboxes, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, templates, correspondence and other business documentation.




- Maintain accurate program records and information management systems, ensuring compliance with governance, privacy, confidentiality and record-keeping requirements.
- Support the coordination and delivery of program activities and regulatory initiatives.
- Maintain and analyse program data, preparing regular reports, dashboards and insights using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Assist in monitoring program performance and supporting evidence-based decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the effective operation of a high-profile compliance and enforcement program.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise work effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, correspondence, presentations and meeting documentation.
- The ability to analyse information from multiple sources and present it in a clear and meaningful way.
- A collaborative approach,



with the ability to build effective working relationships and contribute positively to team outcomes.
- Sound judgement, professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working within governance, privacy and records management requirements.
