YOUR DAY TO DAY:

- Manage a portfolio of circa 200 properties + assistant for OOO duties & admin
- Overseeing maintenance
- Lease renewals and vacates
- Entires & exits
- QCAT & insurance claims where required
- Monitoring rent arrears
- No Trust accounting,



Open Homes or Application processing

THE REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience managing a portfolio end-to-end in a SNR PM role
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and support junior team members
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload
- QLD drivers license & reliable car
