No Name Lane 4215 is looking for an experienced and confident Head Barista / Supervisor to join our team.

We’re after someone who loves great coffee, thrives in a fast-paced café environment and is comfortable taking the lead during service.

About the Role
Lead and support the barista/FOH team during service
Consistently produce high-quality coffee and specialty drinks
Maintain coffee quality, presentation and service standards
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Help manage workflow and keep service running smoothly
Support training and development of junior team members
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station
Deliver friendly and qualified customer service
Work closely with management and the kitchen team

About You




Strong barista experience in a busy café setting
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Confident with high-volume coffee service
Reliable, organised and able to lead by example
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Available across weekdays and weekends
Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
