Thirteenth Beach Golf Links is seeking talented and dedicated Room Attendants to join our Lodges housekeeping team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms, ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. This is a casual position with flexible schedule however we do require availability over a 7 day roster.
What you'll be doing
Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Restock and replenish guest room supplies and amenities
Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to ensure guest satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests
Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe setting for guests and colleagues
What we're looking for
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts,
including weekends and public holidays
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and procedures
