Key responsibilities include:
Actively originating and developing new business prospects
Managing and growing a portfolio of business banking customers
Building strong referral networks with internal and external partners




Understanding customer needs and delivering commercially sound lending and banking solutions
Working closely with credit and product partners to structure deals

About You You are commercially driven, relationship‑oriented, and motivated by growth. You bring:
Experience in business banking, commercial banking, or financial services
A proven or emerging track record in business development and relationship management
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Sound credit awareness and commercial judgement
