Are you an experienced Commercial Property Trust Accountant looking for flexibility without compromising your career?

Ray White Commercial (WA) are seeking a detail-oriented Trust Accountant to join our dynamic Asset Management team located in the Perth CBD. In this key role, you will oversee end-to-end trust accounting, drive financial reporting, and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and clients.

We believe in finding the right person for the role, which is why this position is open to part time applicants / job-share arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Reconciliations
Complete receipting, payments, and daily bank reconciliations.
Monitor accounts payable coding for accuracy, entering approved invoices, and on-charging to tenants where required.
Manage financial changes within the lease system and oversee term deposits.

Reporting & Month-End
Monitor cash positions and funds partitions, executing End of Month (EOM) processes seamlessly.
Issue clear, timely owner statements (monthly and ad-hoc).

Compliance, Audits & Client Relations
Assist with variable outgoings audits, vacate reconciliations, and annual Trust audits.




Maintain clear, professional communication with property managers, owners, and tenants.

Key Requirements
Experience: Background in Cash and Accrual Trust Accounting within a Commercial Property Management environment.
Systems: Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (experience with Cirrus 8 is highly regarded).
Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Mindset: Strong attention to detail, a proactive "can-do" approach, and the agility to adapt to evolving property legislation.
