Manufacturing Labourer – Casual to Permanent

Immediate Start | Perth | Long-Term Ongoing Work | 38 Hours Per Week

We are currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Manufacturing Labourer to join our team in the steel manufacturing and production industry.

This is a casual position with the chance to transition to permanent employment for the right person. We are looking for someone who is committed to long-term, ongoing work and is ready for an immediate start.
About the RoleYou will be working within a busy steel manufacturing and production setting, assisting with a range of hands-on duties including:
Operating hand tools and manufacturing machinery
Assisting with steel manufacturing and production
Loading and unloading steel and other products
Preparing products for distribution
Operating a forklift where required
General labouring and production duties
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following workplace health and safety procedures

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will:
Be physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties
Be reliable,



punctual and have a strong work ethic
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Have the ability to use hand tools and machinery safely
1 year experience in a labouring role
Be located in Perth
Be able to successfully pass a drug and alcohol screening
Have full working rights in Australia
Forklift licence and experience is highly desirable

Only Australian permanent residents will be considered. Applicants holding visas with working restrictions will not be considered.
