This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Workplace Coordinator to join a growing business and support the day-to-day operations. Working closely with members, visitors, contractors and service providers, you will ensure the workplace remains safe, well-presented, operational and welcoming at all times.

Your current role

In your role as workplace coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for members, visitors and contractors.
Coordinating day-to-day workplace operations to ensure the smooth running of the site.
Managing facilities and maintenance requests and liaising with contractors to resolve issues.
Conducting regular site inspections to ensure presentation, safety and service standards are maintained.
Coordinating workplace amenities, consumables and shared spaces.
Responding to member enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
Supporting workplace health, safety and compliance requirements.
Assisting with meeting rooms, workspace allocations and general workplace logistics.




Building strong relationships with members and creating a positive workplace experience.
Assisting with workplace events.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in workplace services, facilities management, hospitality, retail or customer service.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of issues.
Experience coordinating contractors or service providers will be highly regarded.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer and workplace experiences
