About the role

GCMS brings 20+ years of combined Tier 1 experience to every project. You'll be working on real commercial and industrial builds across Perth Metro — tilt panels, suspended slabs, lift shafts, ground slabs — with a crew that takes pride in the quality of what they pour. No FIFO. No DIDO. You sleep in your own bed.

Key responsibilities
Formwork erection and stripping across commercial and civil projects — slabs, lift shafts, decks, tilt panels
Working with PERI Skydeck, RMD, Doka, Ulma, timber and conventional formwork systems
Precision cutting-in on complex pours and concrete structures
Reading and working to construction drawings
Pre-starts, toolbox talks, and SWMS sign-off — done properly

About you
Precision cutting-in skills on structural pours
Current White Card (CPCCWHS1001) — essential
Reliable, hard-working, and a genuine team player
Real PERI Skydeck experience — not a course, actual on-the-tools work (bonus)
Ability to read construction drawings (bonus)
RMD, Doka, or Ulma experience (bonus)




Working at Heights ticket (bonus)
RIW card (bonus)
HR/HC licence (bonus)
Cert III Carpentry or Formwork/Falsework (bonus)

Overtime at 1.5x after 38 ordinary hours. Saturday shifts paid as OT when offered.
