About the role

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing family law firm. Paid advertising will be the biggest focus of this role. You'll build, manage and optimise campaigns that generate quality leads and confidently communicate what's working, what isn't and what should be done next. You'll also take ownership of our organic social, creative and broader marketing activity.

Key responsibilities
Google Ads: campaign strategy, setup and ongoing optimisation; manage keywords, ad copy, budgets and landing pages; conversion tracking, reporting and lead performance; continually test and improve results
Meta Ads: campaign strategy, audiences and setup; create and test ads and creative; budget management and conversion tracking; ongoing optimisation based on performance
Organic Social: strategy and content planning across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn; create reels, graphics and social content; manage content calendar and review performance
Creative & Brand: design brochures, guides, handouts,



presentations and client resources; create digital and internal branded materials; turn rough ideas from the team into polished creative; maintain consistency across the brand
Website, SEO & Strategy: update Squarespace website and landing pages; SEO and website improvements; review marketing performance and lead generation; help decide where marketing time and budget should go

About you
Seriously valuable at Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience building, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns
Experience with organic social media strategy and content creation
Experience with creative design and brand management
Experience with website management and SEO
