About the role

This opportunity will be offered on a full time basis, averaging approximately 38 hours per week, with standard operating hours of Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm. As a Despatch Coordinator, your primary focus will be to support the secure and efficient coordination of dispatch activities within a high-risk operational environment, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities
Organising despatch and delivery of all goods
Manage and book transport, including the collection of external products
Ensure accurate, efficient and prompt delivery of orders to meet customer requirements
Oversee the administration, distribution, and ongoing management of Yard packs
Manage the scheduling and loading of delivery trucks
Ensure all correct paperwork is delivered with each order
Responsible for the collection and quality of Proof of Delivery Paperwork
Conduct final quality assurance checks to ensure jobs completed align with contractor delivery dockets
Any other duties as directed by Reporting Manager

About you
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar production, warehouse, or logistics role




Experience operating a forklift and side loader
Previous experience using hand tools
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Robust attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Full Australian working rights
Current High-Risk Forklift Licence
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one at your own cost)
Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
