About the Role

This is an exciting prospect to step into a pivotal role within a growing PM division, supporting the management of a diverse portfolio, predominantly industrial assets.

Working closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day facilities management function, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and operate efficiently for both landlords and tenants.

You will also be part of a broader, high-performing team of sales and leasing professionals, contributing to a cooperative and agile office setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all repairs and maintenance across the portfolio, including coordinating trades, obtaining quotes and issuing work orders
Conduct regular property inspections, identifying maintenance requirements and risk areas




Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs to ensure asset performance
Manage contractor relationships, including compliance, insurances and service delivery standards
Coordinate and monitor essential services compliance (fire, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
Assist with capital works projects, including planning, budgeting and delivery
Ensure all properties are maintained in line with legislative and safety requirements
Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve maintenance issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records within the property management system (Cirrus8 or similar)
Support the PM team in delivering a high level of service to all stakeholders
