About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring products meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Basic fabrication and crate assembly
Packaging finished products
Conducting hourly quality checks and recording results
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Routine cleaning, including swarf bag maintenance




Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Identifying and reporting faults, defects, or production issues
Adhering to WHS, Quality, and Environmental procedures

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience working 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing or production environment
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
A reliable and consistent work ethic
The ability to follow processes and safety procedures
