About The Role

Banjo’s is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Manager to join the Prospect team!

Leading the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you!

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 5am and 6pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the chance to gain diverse experience and enjoy a adaptable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
Quick and friendly service
Lead by example – inspire staff to achieve more
Managing the daily operations of the store
Supervising the Sales Team
Preparing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees
Training of new Sales employees
Opening and closing of the store
Merchandising products
Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
