Position : Cafe all rounders

As a Front of House Worker, you'll be the friendly face of Durk's Cafe, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and serving a wide range of speciality coffees and beverages
Ensuring consistent quality in every cup
Engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the coffee preparation area
Collaborating with the team to create unique and enticing seasonal coffee offerings
Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming demeanour
Taking customer orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations




Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and tidy dining area
Collaborating with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. We welcome individuals with a strong passion for coffee, customer service, and food.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
A team player mentality with a positive and proactive attitude.
