About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who takes pride in exceptional service, understands the detail and discipline of fine dining, and has a genuine knowledge and enthusiasm for wine. You will provide attentive, knowledgeable service in an intimate dining workplace as part of a small team.

Key responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service in a fine-dining setting
Provide knowledgeable wine service and recommendations
Work confidently as part of a small team
Maintain qualified presentation and attention to detail

About you
Previous fine-dining & degustation experience essential
Solid wine knowledge
Current RSA
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Professional presentation and attention to detail




Reliability and the ability to work confidently as part of a small team
Available on all shifts:
Wednesday Dinner, Thursday Dinner, Friday Lunch & Dinner, Saturday Lunch & Dinner
Advantageous: Food Safety Supervisor certification/card
Advantageous: Approved Manager certification/card
