As a Speechcare Affiliate practitioner, you operate independently and gradually build a practice of your own, while accessing the systems, infrastructure, advice and support of the broader Speechcare network. You bring the local relationships, local knowledge and commitment to your community. Speechcare provides the systems, mentoring, infrastructure and skilled network behind you. This is not a traditional employee role.

About you
Speech Pathologist (recent graduate or motivated experienced clinician)
Want strong mentoring but also value independence
Interested in private practice and eventually running your own business
Proactive, reflective and willing to learn
