Kitchen Hand (Cooking Experience) — Fresh Meal Production

We're a wholesale Asian meal manufacturer based in Forrestfield. We cook and pack fresh meals that go out to supermarkets and independent stores right across Perth and regional WA. Our kitchen is Halal and HACCP certified, and we work as a close team to get orders out on time.

We're looking for a kitchen hand who can cook and enjoys working at a good pace. You don't need fancy qualifications for this job. What matters is that you've got real hands-on experience and you're not afraid of a busy day. Some days you'll be at the stove helping prep and cook, other days you'll be on the packing line weighing, sealing and labelling meals ready for delivery.

What you'll be doing
Helping cook and prep meals from our recipes
Keeping to portion and weight standards
Packing, weighing, sealing and labelling meals for orders
Keeping your work area clean and following food safety routines
Pitching in wherever the team needs a hand

What we're after
Hands-on cooking experience (commercial kitchen, catering,



or a busy home kitchen you know well)
Comfortable working at a rapid pace and staying tidy while you do it
Someone who can commit to regular hours and turn up reliably
Happy to work as part of a team
No formal qualifications needed, your experience is what counts
Food safety or hygiene knowledge is a plus, and we'll train you on the rest
Asian cuisine experience is a bonus but not essential

Based in Forrestfield
The role starts as casual, with the view to move to part time once you've settled in and shown you can commit to the hours
Early starts, so you'll need reliable transport
Pay is in line with the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award, based on your experience
