About the role

We are looking for a hospitality qualified to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a busy dining environment, working closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming and seating guests
Taking orders and providing table service
Serving food and introducing menu items when required
Attending to guests and ensuring an excellent dining experience
Clearing and resetting tables
Working closely with the kitchen and FOH team

About you
Friendly, skilled and customer-focused
Reliable, responsible and proactive
Strong teamwork and communication skills




Able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment
Good English communication skills
Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Experience in Japanese dining, yakiniku or premium restaurants is highly regarded
Candidates looking for stable, long-term work are preferred
