Bondi Junction | Full time | 1 day WFH once settled in

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing commercial law firm seeking a Paralegal to join its Litigation & Insolvency team in Bondi Junction.

This is a hands-on role working closely with a busy disputes team across court processes, matter management and the day-to-day progression of litigation files.

The role
Prepare and file court and tribunal documents
Assist with affidavits, subpoenas and service
Prepare briefs to counsel and court materials
Manage court dates, critical deadlines and matter progression
Liaise with clients, barristers and other stakeholders
Assist with correspondence and document preparation
Maintain and manage matters within Actionstep
Support the broader file management and administration involved in running litigation matters
Work with legal technology including Actionstep, Harvey AI, DocuSign and Westlaw

About you
You may already be working as a Litigation Paralegal, or perhaps you're an experienced Legal Assistant looking to move further into paralegal work.

We're looking for someone who brings:




Previous practical experience within litigation or dispute resolution
Exposure to court processes and documentation
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confidence managing deadlines and competing priorities
An interest in commercial litigation and insolvency
A willingness to take ownership of your work and learn

This is a full time position and requires previous hands-on litigation experience. For this reason, it won't be suitable for students looking to gain their first legal/litigation experience or candidates seeking part-time hours.

Based in Bondi Junction, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week once settled in.
