BAR MANAGER

Full-Time Position | Tuesday – Saturday | $75,000 per annum

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and team. You'll take ownership of the bar's day-to-day running, from drinks program and service standards to stock, staffing, and compliance — helping create a outstanding experience for every guest.

What You'll Do
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and effective service
Develop and maintain the drinks menu, including seasonal specials
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Recruit, train, and roster a high-performing bar team
Maintain compliance with RSA, licensing, and health & safety standards
Monitor costs, wastage, and bar profitability




Work closely with venue and kitchen management to align service standards

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar supervisor
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and current bar trends
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Current RSA certification
Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday, including evenings
