This role is for Motorest. They’re a quick growing business with some tenacious goals. They've built strong relationships across the industry. The team itself is young, ambitious and growing.

The business is expanding quickly. The team currently sits at around seven people and is continuing to grow, creating genuine prospects for the right person to step into leadership and team management roles over the next few years.

You do NOT need any car industry experience.



(In fact, we'd almost prefer you didn't have it!). Some of their best staff in this role have come from hospitality, customer service and other people-focused roles where they've learned how to communicate, build trust and look after customers properly. They can teach the rest!

Your role is quite simple as all the leads are warm & inbound. All you need to do is to guide your clients through the process with trust, care & solutions to deliver a great outcome.

The role comes with a base salary & commissions (with double commissions paid for any leads you bring in yourself).

The role is based in the Sydney CBD office on Castlereagh Street. While there is flexibility available once you're established, they believe the best work happens when great people are together, sharing ideas and helping each other succeed.
