About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, caring and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. You will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment where children feel valued, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programs.
Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Observe, document and assess children’s learning and development.
Create an inclusive workplace that celebrates each child’s individuality.
Work collaboratively with the team to implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
Communicate professionally and positively with families.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Holds an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
Has solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Is creative, enthusiastic and committed to children’s learning.
Works well as part of a team-oriented team.
Demonstrates a warm, nurturing and inclusive approach.
