Experienced Chef / Senior Chef / Junior Chef– ROKA Cammeray (Only who leave in Australia will be considered)

ROKA Cammeray is looking for an experienced, reliable and confident Chef to join our team and help lead the kitchen.

We are a busy café/restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a strong focus on quality, consistency and presentation.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2–3 years’ solid kitchen experience
Strong experience across breakfast, lunch and dinner service
Confident working in a fast-paced kitchen
Ability to lead, organise and support the kitchen team
Strong understanding of food preparation, presentation and portion control
Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
Positive communication and teamwork
Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Able to manage prep, stock levels and service efficiently
Reliable, skilled and able to take responsibility




Must be available for flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can take ownership during service and help maintain a professional kitchen environment.

Flexible hours are available depending on experience and availability.
