We are seeking a highly skilled and pragmatic Control Systems Engineer to join our energetic team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, testing, and commissioning cutting-edge control systems solutions. In this critical engineering role, you will be the technical backbone, supporting our sales team and customers with deep application understanding, while ensuring project feasibility, quality, and adherence to our robust engineering processes. You will blend technical expertise with hands-on project management, driving innovation and continuous improvement in our control systems across various industries.

This position is based out of our Brisbane branch.
Application & Solution Design: Translate customer needs into cutting-edge control system designs for mobile and industrial hydraulic machinery.



Advise sales/customers on application understanding, feasibility, and budgeting.
Technical Development & Project Leadership: Design, develop, test, and commission control systems. Manage small to mid-size projects, including risk assessment, and mentor junior engineers.
Quality Assurance & Improvement: Uphold engineering quality (PEP-ETO, internal documentation system). Expand technical knowledge, test current products, and drive process improvements.
Customer Support & Field Commissioning: Support component selection, testing, and commissioning. Create handover documentation. Travel (domestic/international) for system commissioning and customer support.
