I'm currently looking for a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team at Nicola's Ristorante, located at 62 Victoria St, Bunbury WA 6230, Australia. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to showcase their culinary skills and be part of a dynamic and thriving kitchen team.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in planning and organising the preparation and cooking of delicious dishes to the highest standards. Your main duties will include preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes, supervising cooks, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring food safety and quality are always upheld. You will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for menu development and bring creativity to the table.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment and possess a strong knowledge of food preparation techniques. You must be able to work well under pressure, have excellent time management skills, and be a team player.

Requirements:




Relevant chef qualifications preferred
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role (2 years minimum, 3 years if no relevant qualifications held)
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary methods
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary and Advantages:
