Hours on Offer
Availability Type: Nights and Weekends
Times: Shifts commencing after 3:00pm
Total Hours: Between 15 and 24 hours

What You'll Be Doing
Opening and closing the restaurant to a high standard
Leading and supporting team members including juniors
Training and developing staff to achieve outstanding results
Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs
Handling customer complaints and resolving concerns professionally
Food preparation including deep fryer and grill operation
Cash handling and register operation
Keeping the restaurant clean and maintaining food safety standards

What We're Looking For




Previous experience in a Team Leader or Shift Leader role in fast food or hospitality
A natural leader who can motivate and support a team
Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Reliable, organised and able to perform under pressure
Adaptable availability including evenings, weekends and school holidays
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and hygiene
