Join Our Team – Experienced Server / Front of House (FOH)

We are a busy and authentic Japanese izakaya in Nobby Beach, and we're looking for an experienced Front of House / Server to join our friendly team.

We're looking for someone who is energetic, professional, and passionate abouthospitality.

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality FOH role
Positive, friendly, and polite attitude
Energetic and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality
Interest in or knowledge of Japanese food and izakaya culture
Good communication skills and confidence working with a team
Ability to build relationships with regular and VIP guests
High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and table maintenance
Knowledge of wine, sake, cocktails, and beverages is highly regarded




Current RSA certificate (essential)
Availability to work Friday and Saturday evenings (essential)

Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering warm and qualified customer service
Taking food and beverage orders accurately
Recommending menu items and drinks, Upselling
Maintaining clean and organised dining areas
Ensuring excellent table service throughout the guest experience
Working closely with the kitchen and FOH team to provide smooth service
Creating a welcoming atmosphere for both new and regular customers
