A well established restaurant renowned for serving traditional Indian Cuisine. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to cook and lead a kitchen team.

Key Responsibities : You will be required to cook traditional north indian cuisine and manage a team of junior staff. You will be responsible of maintaining a very high standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety. The role requires cooking authentic north indian curries, biryanis and having a good knowledge of tandoori preparations that include breads, tandoori dishes from scratch. You will be working in a fast paced kitchen workplace and must demonstrate time management and positive leadership skills.



Regularly checking food stocks and store items and food supply chain with minimum wastage. Good cost control skills. Finally, you will not only be a leader of the kitchen team but a team player too.

You must have Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1 year relevant experience as a Chef is required.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
