The Role

This isn’t your average retail gig. You’ll be the face of the brand – creating standout moments for every customer, bringing energy to the floor, and helping make our store a place people want to come back to.

What You’ll Be Doing
Creating memorable customer experiences (and having fun while doing it)
Helping the team meet sales and performance goals




Keeping the store looking fresh, clean, and on-brand
Supporting in-store events and product launches
Learning heaps and growing with a supportive team

About You
Energetic, friendly, and fun to be around
Passionate about great customer service and making people feel valuable
A strong communicator who can handle a chat or a tricky customer convo
Loves being part of a team but can work independently too
Availability over weekends, evenings, and busy retail periods
Into movement, fashion, or just living an active, positive lifestyle
Open to feedback and always keen to improve
