About The Role:

As a Kitchen Hand you are essential to supporting the successful operation of the kitchen on a daily basis. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Assist with basic food preparation
Support chefs during service by providing ingredients and maintaining an organised kitchen.
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment, ensuring a clean and hygienic work area.




Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, floors, equipment and storage areas in accordance with food safety standards.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, restocking supplies and maintaining general kitchen cleanliness and organisation.

About YOU:

To be successful in this role, ideally you would have:
Be reliable and have flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays
Some kitchen experience would be preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Keen to learn with a great attitude!
