RCR Mining Technologies is looking for skilled Boilermakers and Welders to join our team in Welshpool on a Permanent or Casual Full time basis.

You’ll be working on the fabrication of structural steel, mechanical equipment, and piping packages, as well as repairs and maintenance work on heavy mining equipment.

We have Day and Afternoon Shifts available, with Casual and Permanent positions on offer with full-time hours.

What We’re Looking For
Live local to the Perth metro area
Trade qualified Boilermaker (or experienced Welder)
Able to pass a 3G/4G weld test (preferred in case of need)
Strong Flux Core (FCAW) welding skills
Experience with MMAM, SMAW, SAW, GTAW welding processes
High Risk Licence – Dogging or Rigging (preferred but not essential)
Positive understanding of weld preps and procedures
Can read drawings and work to fine tolerances
Reliable, safety-focused, and a good team player
Physically fit and able to do hands-on work
