What You’ll Do

As a Speech Pathologist with ECS, you’ll deliver evidence-based, person-centred therapy for children, teens, and adults.

Your role includes:
Communication & language assessments
Therapy planning and delivery
AAC support




Collaboration with families, OTs, support coordinators
Transparent, high-quality clinical documentation
Optional supervision of AHAs

No support worker duties. No blurred lines. Pure clinical practice.

You’re someone who:
Is a qualified Speech Pathologist
Is AHPRA registered
Loves adaptable work
Communicates with warmth and clarity

New grads and experienced clinicians are both welcome — we support your growth.

Pay: $70.00 – $110.00 per hour
