Kustomize It is looking for a reliable and motivated Production & Operations Specialist to join our small team.

The role is hands-on and varied, with a robust focus on embroidery production, customer orders and general day-to-day operations.

Embroidery experience is highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided.

What you’ll be doing
Operate and manage commercial embroidery equipment.
Prepare garments, artwork and embroidery files for production.
Manage and prioritise customer orders and production schedules.
Perform quality checks and troubleshoot basic production issues.
Communicate with customers regarding artwork and order requirements.
Assist with quoting, order processing and general customer service.
Maintain an organised production area and assist with other operational tasks as required.

About you
Reliable, organised and detail-oriented.




Comfortable working with your hands and learning machinery.
Able to manage multiple jobs in a quick-paced environment.
Confident using computers and learning new systems.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a small team.

Experience in embroidery, printing, signage, apparel or production is an advantage, but not required.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who is willing to learn, take ownership of their work and become a dependable part of the Kustomize It team.

International students are welcome. 24hrs/week or more if need be.

Pay: $33.00 per hour
