We are a busy and well-established smash repairs workshop based in Wyong, NSW, and we’re looking to expand our team. We’re seeking a skilled Automotive Spray Painter, a 3rd or 4th year Apprentice, or a motivated Painter Labourer / Trade Assistant to join us.
About the Role:
You will assist with or be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work meets industry and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle preparation including sanding, masking, and priming, painting
Buffing and finishing to a high-quality standard
Maintaining a clean and secure work setting
Assisting tradesmen where required (for labourers/juniors)
Working efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality
About You:
3rd or 4th year apprentice, qualified spray painter OR motivated labourer keen to learn
Solid attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and committed
A genuine interest in the automotive repair industry
