The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Café Manager to lead one of our high-performing locations. If you’re passionate about coffee, customer service, and team leadership — and you’re ready for a role with structure, autonomy, and career progression — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day café operations with a hands-on approach
Manage and motivate front-of-house staff
Create and manage weekly staff rosters
Ensure top-tier customer service and presentation standards
Oversee stock management, ordering, and rotation
Maintain a clean, protected, and organised environment
Handle daily cash reconciliations and ensure security procedures are followed
Train and onboard new staff members
Communicate effectively with the owner and contribute to a positive team culture





What We’re Looking For
1+ year experience in a café or hospitality management role
Strong barista skills in a quick-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
High attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and presentation
Strong customer service ethos and positive attitude
Must have work rights in Australia
