About the Role |

You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently excellent coffee and customer experiences every shift.
Prepare and serve high-quality barista made beverages
Create outstanding, friendly customer interactions
Take orders and operate the POS/register
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café setting
Operate, maintain, and care for espresso machines and equipment
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Work collaboratively in a rapid-paced, high-volume service setting

About You |
2+ years’ barista experience in a café environment
Passion for coffee and continuous learning
Calm and efficient under pressure
Friendly, positive, and genuinely customer-focused
High attention to detail and presentation
Reliable with availability, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
