We are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to support NDIS participants across Bacchus Marsh, Northwestern Melbourne suburbs, and community settings. The roles offer a diverse caseload across clinic, home and community-based therapy, with autonomy in practice and strong clinical supervision within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
Occupational Therapists: Current AHPRA registration.
Speech Pathologists: Current or pending registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
Experience or robust interest in NDIS/disability services.
For overseas Speech Pathology degree holders, a minimum of 3–4 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist in their own country.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.
Solid organisational and time-management abilities.
Genuine passion for improving client outcomes, independence and quality of life.

Role Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive functional, speech, language, swallowing and capacity assessments based on client needs.
Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based and individualised therapy plans aligned with client goals.
Deliver therapy interventions across clinic, home and community settings,



including interventions for speech, language, social communication and dysphagia.
Provide NDIS-funded services aligned with participant goals.
Recommend and implement assistive technology, adaptive equipment, environmental modifications and communication aids where appropriate.
Collaborate closely with families, carers, caregivers and support coordinators.
Prepare and maintain high-quality reports, NDIS documentation, progress notes, case summaries and clinical records.
Educate and empower clients and caregivers with practical, functional strategies for daily life and participation.
Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision and professional development activities.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
