Dough Lamination Worker – Le Bon Choix Bakery (Brisbane)

Le Bon Choix Bakery, a well-established artisan bakery operating for over 22 years, is currently seeking an Dough Lamination worker to support the daily production of our viennoiserie production.

About the Role

As Dough Lamination worker, you will have to help and support the production team.
Day Team: dough preparation, mixing, resting, and lamination setup
Monday to Friday (Day Shift / No Weekends).

You will ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all laminated dough production while being present at key production times to support your teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise both day and night lamination teams
Ensure consistent quality of all laminated products before dispatch
Optimise lamination techniques, yield, and product consistency

About You
Minimum 1 years of experience in laminated dough production
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
Problem-solving mindset and ability to perform under pressure
