Bartender – Young’s Wine Rooms

Young’s Wine Rooms | Hawthorn East, Melbourne

Young’s Wine Rooms is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team at our contemporary Italian restaurant and wine bar in Hawthorn East.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality, wine and quality service, with a positive attitude and robust attention to detail.

About the role
Prepare and serve wine, cocktails, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
Deliver friendly, knowledgeable and attentive service.
Maintain excellent bar presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
Contribute to a welcoming and qualified guest experience.

About you
Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong knowledge or genuine interest in wine and cocktails.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy services.
Reliable, well-presented and professional.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Victorian RSA certification is required.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
