For over 50 years, Vili’s has been serving South Australians their favourite pies, pastries and coffee. Our cafés are rapid, friendly and proudly local.

We are currently seeking 2 cook roles.
Cafe Cook - working Tuesday and Wednesday 6am till 2pm.
Production Kitchen Cook - working Monday to Friday 5am till 1pm

What you’ll do - Cafe Cook Role
Cook our café menu to spec, with confidence on the grill and to short-order timing
Coordinate with FOH for smooth, on-time service during busy periods




Maintain food safety, cleaning and hygiene standards throughout service
Restock, rotate and label (FIFO); complete basic temperature and quality checks

What you’ll do - Production Cook Role
Bulk cook and batch wet dishes for bain-maries; label, date and stage for later shifts.
Follow SOPs/HACCP, allergen controls, FIFO and temperature checks; clean-as-you-go and end-of-shift cleaning.
Work to production plans and deadlines; communicate clearly with team

About you
Experience in canteens, food trucks, quick food chains or similar fast-paced environments
Previous experience in bulk cooking
Strong multitasking and explicit communication skills
Reliable, energetic, and proud of consistent quality
