Gardening Contractors provide person-centred support to clients living at home across both the NDIS and the Aged Care (Support at Home) programs.

· Key Responsibilities
Perform basic gardening duties
Perform yard work including raking, mowing, trimming, planting and mulching
Operate machinery including power tools and ride on mowers (if any)
Follow secure work practices and identify any hazards

· Employment type: Contract – shifts offered based on client needs.

· Support, supervision and escalation available from the coordination team.

Mandatory Requirements

· Certification or experience (no less than 3 years)

· NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS Check) – current or willing to obtain on joining

· Current seasonal influenza vaccination for Aged Care work (and other vaccinations as per policy and client requirements)- if holding





· Unrestricted Australian work rights.

· Own reliable vehicle, current driver licence, and smartphone for app‑based rostering and documentation.
