Kitchen Hand – Pohkay Hyde Park
Minimum 3 days/week (Mon, Wed, Fri - lunch time shift)

Pohkay Hyde Park is looking for a reliable Kitchen Hand to join our team, working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to start.

About the role
You'll be a key part of our kitchen, helping keep prep, cleaning, and service running smoothly. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who works well under pace, keeps a clean station, and takes pride in food quality and hygiene.

What you'll be doing
Food prep (chopping, portioning, marinating proteins, prepping toppings)
Maintaining stock levels and rotating ingredients
Keeping kitchen and prep areas clean and compliant with food safety standards
Washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
Supporting front-of-house during busy periods when needed
Following recipes and standard operating procedures

What we're looking for
Reliable and punctual, available every Monday,



Wednesday and Friday
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Valuable hygiene and food safety habits (or willingness to learn — training provided)
A team player with a positive attitude
Competent knife skills
Previous hospitality/kitchen experience is a bonus but not essential
