Summary:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graduate Designer to join our dynamic design team in Sydney CBD. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to contribute to innovative design projects while developing their skills in a collaborative workplace. The Graduate Designer will play a vital role in supporting the team in delivering high-quality design solutions that align with our clients’ needs and enhance our brand identity.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of design concepts and visual materials for various projects




Collaborate with senior designers to create engaging graphics, layouts, and presentations
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to design discussions
Support the team in preparing design files for print and digital production
Conduct research on design trends and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
Maintain and organise design assets and project documentation

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
A portfolio showcasing design work and creative projects
