We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and skilled Guest Service Agent to join our hotel team.
Your role:
Welcome and assist guests
Handle check-ins, check-outs and bookings
Respond to guest enquiries
Provide excellent customer service
Assist with general front office duties
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly and confident
Qualified and well-presented
Reliable and organised
Comfortable using technology
Able to work independently and as part of a team
