The Pastry Lounge is a boutique food manufacturing business based in Bayswater North, specialising in hand-made canapes for the events industry. We're a family-run business with a busy, friendly team working out of our commercial kitchen, and we take real pride in what we make.

We're looking for a delivery driver and packer to join our team.

Positive knowledge of Melbourne metro roads and a clean driving record are required. Food handling is part of the job, so experience in a food business would be preferred but not essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Delivering goods to our customers across Melbourne
Picking and packing our food items
Completion of the associated paperwork

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A well-presented team player with a solid work record and positive knowledge of Melbourne; experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills




Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Current driver's licence and own reliable transport required
A solid work ethic and enthusiastic, willing-to-learn attitude
Exceptional customer service focus
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Commitment to improving product knowledge and other skills in the industry
A willing and productive member of the team

HOURS
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Day shift

JOB TYPE: Casual, Full-time

Pay: $32.00 – $34.00 per hour
