Tide 'n Tidy Perth is a recent, eco-friendly end of lease cleaning business, and we're looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our growing team.

What you'll do:
Depending on the property size, you may lead a team of cleaners on-site, or work solo on smaller jobs — in which case you're responsible for bringing your own equipment and completing the full checklist independently.
Verify completed work against our vacancy checklist
Take mandatory before/after photos as proof of standard
Act as the main point of contact in office for each job
Coordinate timing and workflow for the day's job

What you need:
Proven cleaning experience (end of lease/vacate cleaning highly regarded)
Your own commercial-grade cleaning equipment and tools
Your own reliable vehicle
Active ABN




Current Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain before starting)
National Police Clearance (mandatory)
Robust leadership skills — comfortable coordinating a team, communicating with clients, and managing job logistics
Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
